Since the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona, it has grown to be one of the most important international cities in Europe. Summer by the sea, winter in the mountains only two hours away and historically important architecture in all directions. ![]() Sitting right next to the Mediterranean it offers the kind of lifestyle that people living and working in more northern latitudes could only dream of. About BarcelonaĪpart from having one of the biggest football clubs in the world, Barcelona has so much to offer for expat families that move to Spain. Annual fees range from as little as €4,000 all the way up to €23,500 for the most exclusive American schools.
